Royal City Clash

The weekly battle for control of Server 482’s Royal City.

About the Event

Royal City Clash is the weekly battle for control of the Royal City of Server 482.

The event takes place every Friday at 12:00 Server Time and lasts for eight hours.

Only alliances that have conquered at least one of the three Level 6 Cities are eligible to participate in the siege. Alliances that do not control a Level 6 City are not permitted to enter the battle for the Capital.

During the event, eligible alliances compete to increase their control percentage of the Royal City. At the end of the eight-hour siege, the alliance holding the highest percentage of the Capital—up to 100%—wins the event and receives the weekly regency of Server 482.

PHN–KMN Regency Agreement

PHN and KMN have established an inter-alliance peace agreement governing the weekly regency of Server 482.

Under this agreement, control of the Royal City alternates weekly between PHN and KMN. One alliance receives the regency during the current week, while the other receives it during the following week.

This rotation allows both alliances to acquire Honor Points while avoiding unnecessary conflict between allied forces.

Siege Rotation Procedure

The alliance that is not scheduled to receive the weekly regency begins the siege first.

That alliance may occupy the Royal City and accumulate Honor Points until the Capital reaches 30% control.

Once the 30% threshold has been reached, the first alliance must leave the Royal City completely and allow the second alliance to enter.

The alliance scheduled to receive the weekly regency takes control from 31% onward and must hold the Capital until the end of the event.

To ensure that the agreement is respected, all participants must follow the instructions issued by PHN and KMN leadership during the siege.

Participation Rules

• Participation is restricted to alliances controlling at least one Level 6 City.
• PHN members must follow the instructions issued by the R4 and R5 leadership team.
• Do not enter or remain inside the Royal City outside PHN’s assigned occupation phase.
• The alliance occupying the Capital first must leave immediately after reaching 30% control.
• The alliance assigned the weekly regency takes over from 31% and remains until the event ends.
• Do not attack KMN members unless leadership explicitly announces a change to the agreement.
• Check Discord before and during the event for operational instructions.
