Alliances that do not control a Level 6 City are not permitted to enter the battle for the Capital. \nDuring the event\, eligible alliances compete to increase their control percentage of the Royal City. At the end of the eight-hour siege\, the alliance holding the highest percentage of the Capital—up to 100%—wins the event and receives the weekly regency of Server 482. \nPHN–KMN Regency Agreement\nPHN and KMN have established an inter-alliance peace agreement governing the weekly regency of Server 482. \nUnder this agreement\, control of the Royal City alternates weekly between PHN and KMN. Alliances that do not control a Level 6 City are not permitted to enter the battle for the Capital. \nDuring the event\, eligible alliances compete to increase their control percentage of the Royal City. At the end of the eight-hour siege\, the alliance holding the highest percentage of the Capital—up to 100%—wins the event and receives the weekly regency of Server 482. \nPHN–KMN Regency Agreement\nPHN and KMN have established an inter-alliance peace agreement governing the weekly regency of Server 482. \nUnder this agreement\, control of the Royal City alternates weekly between PHN and KMN. DESCRIPTION:The weekly battle for control of Server 482’s Royal City.\n\n\n\nDetail\nInformation\n\n\n\n\nFrequency\nEvery Friday\n\n\nStart Time\n12:00 Server Time\n\n\nTime Zone\nSouth Georgia Time — UTC−2\n\n\nDuration\n8 hours\n\n\nEvent Type\nAlliance Siege\n\n\nObjective\nControl the Royal City of Server 482\n\n\nParticipation\nRestricted to eligible alliances\n\n\nPHN Partner Alliance\nKMN\n\n\n\nAbout the Event\nRoyal City Clash is the weekly battle for control of the Royal City of Server 482. \nThe event takes place every Friday at 12:00 Server Time and lasts for eight hours. \nOnly alliances that have conquered at least one of the three Level 6 Cities are eligible to participate in the siege. Alliances that do not control a Level 6 City are not permitted to enter the battle for the Capital. \nDuring the event\, eligible alliances compete to increase their control percentage of the Royal City. At the end of the eight-hour siege\, the alliance holding the highest percentage of the Capital—up to 100%—wins the event and receives the weekly regency of Server 482. \nPHN–KMN Regency Agreement\nPHN and KMN have established an inter-alliance peace agreement governing the weekly regency of Server 482. \nUnder this agreement\, control of the Royal City alternates weekly between PHN and KMN.
